Yes. All modules have a basic structure that allows the customer to tailor the module to their specific requirements and functionality. There are customizable tools for the customer to update many of the functions in real time. If the basic module doesn’t include the requirements, additional customizations are configured by Viasant.
Sentact’s price is composed of the following elements: implementation, training, and monthly user licenses. The implementation varies on the type of module and additional customizations. The training is dependent on the needs of the customer. Top Administrator training is always included in the implementation costs, any additional training is charged based on the type (“online” or “onsite”) and duration. The monthly licensing is dependent on the number of “users” required to utilize the module. A “user” is considered any unique individual that requires access or notifications from Sentact to act, modify, or report. All “submitter” users, which can only submit and view requests, are unlimited and no charges are applied.
Sentact implementations vary by module and customizations required. Typical implementations range from 30—60 days.
