Sentact’s Incident Management Module
Sentact’s Incident Module can be customized for any healthcare organization in effort to increase reporting of all safety related incidents. All organizations are required to document and manage all safety related incidents that occur while also being able to proactively prevent incidents to patient, visitors and staff. However, with limited resources and tools, many are minimally documenting the incident and are not enabled to generate reports to trend and analyze the root causes to avoid in the future.
Through Sentact, the module can be scaled to meet the needs of small departments or set up to capture a collection of house-wide information. By tailoring the format of the module, staff can submit findings and the responsible personnel can investigate the causes and create improvement plans. The module has the ability to automatically contact designated individuals when a severe incident occurs along with the ability to communicate and integrate with other modules.
