Sentact Inventory Management Modules
Sentact can assist healthcare organizations in the collection of inventories, such as chemicals, hazardous materials, and recalls related to medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. Managing the inventory process requires numerous data elements to ensure all parties are knowledgeable in the types of inventory, location on premise, and any documentation related to its status in the facility. Many organizations have multiple modules that have inventory documented; however, the process to communicate the status of the inventory to necessary parties is typically manual and disjointed.
Sentact enables selected individuals to monitor the process of products, medications and equipment that may be recalled by providing “request to resolution” documentation, including transaction history, progress and resolution time. All pertinent information is gathered, communicated and follow up actions are delegated to ensure a safe environment. In addition, all of the information gathered can also be integrated to the other inventory databases.
